That looks hip! I think I want to try that on my hair, though it looks like it’s difficult to put all of it on the hair. 🙂
Have a great weekend!

I’ve always wanted to do that, but haven’t ever had long enough hair when I could. Murphy’s Law or Catch 22?

I’m impressed! I don’t think I could sit still long enough for someone to do that to my hair.

Very cool! When I was a little girl I asked my mom if I could do that in my hair and she said no. Maybe now that I am 36! LOL
Glad you enjoyed my snow photo – I miss the cool air sometimes. CT climate and FL are way different!

Did you get those done on vacation somewhere tropical? I know of a few people who have done that. I love it, no matter the occasion!
Rebecca (Ramblings by Reba)s last blog post..The fitness bug? It’s catching.
This is the one and only time I’ve had this done to my hair. My neighbor’s daughter (Second Son’s friend) did it for me and it took about 4-5 hours. Yes, it was hard to sit still for that long, but only because I couldn’t type while she was doing it.
I don’t know if I’ll ever have her do it again because even though it was VERY cool and VERY low maintenance and lasted over a week – OMG did my head hurt the first three or four days!
Another reason is that I lost about 1/3 of my hair (literally) from scratching in-between the braids. The stuff we used to keep my hair from fuzzing up made my head itch, and every time I scratched, I didn’t realize my fingernails were cutting the strands of hair! When I took the braids out on the 8th day and washed my hair, I swear I thought ALL my hair was laying in the drain! I was scared to look in the mirror!
So, I’m glad I have this picture, because it’ll probably be a long time ’til I have it done again. And definitely not with the same hair gel…ever again.
I wish I could wear my hair like that once… but I don’t know how to do it nor know anyone that does. I don’t think I’d wanna sit 4-5 hours tho. Wow.

Love it! I’d like to do that to my hair sometime.
You asked me what the fruit was that was hanging in my photo – I have no idea but I loved the way it looked! Thanks for visiting and have a great week.
